François Bauchet
François Bauchet was born in 1948 in Montluçon (France). He studied at the École des Beaux-Arts in Bourges. From 1978 to 1982, he was a lecturer at the École des Beaux-Arts in Mâcon. Since 1982, he has been a lecturer at the École des Beaux-Arts in Saint-Etienne. In 1983, his first project which was carried out with the support of the VIA entitled « C’est aussi une chaise » (It is also a chair), was presented at the Salon des Artistes Décorateurs (SAD). In 1987, he took part in the Documenta 8 in Kassel in Germany...
